Objective 16: Peace, justice and efficient institutions

Promoting peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, access to justice for all and the creation of efficient, responsible and inclusive institutions at all levels

Sustainable development is not only a modern, smart policy, but also a new paradigm about how society works. To be a functional approach, sustainable development must have a solid foundation. This approach involves peaceful societies, where the benefits of sustainable development are accessible to all.

In addition, this context promotes access to justice for all and the creation of efficient, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels. Sustainable development can only become a functional approach if society embraces and treats this perspective as its own and comprehensive vision.
