The Sustainable Development Association of Constanța County is organized and operates in compliance with the provisions of the O.U.G. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, O.G. no. 26/2000 and H.G. 855/2008.

The association is established, based on the right to free association, as a Romanian legal person of private law, without patrimonial purpose, of public utility.
