Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development<\/h2>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/h2>\n

Sustainable development can be considered a global project. We, at the country level, are fulfilling our role in this global project. We live in a globalized world, so we cannot ignore what is happening outside political borders. All efforts, at different levels, have as a common goal to change the direction of development in a positive direction.<\/p>\n

Global issues require global solutions, this approach also requires collaboration and international funding to achieve the goals of the 2030 Agenda. The transformation process involves access to innovative science and technology, capacity building in line with the principles of subsidiarity, changing trade and economy more sustainable, as well as developing a coherent version of sustainable development policy.<\/p>\n

Targets:<\/h3>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/h3>\n

17.1<\/span>. Strengthen the mobilization of domestic resources, including through international support for developing countries, to improve national tax capacity and other revenue collection.<\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

17.2<\/span>. Developed countries will fully implement their official development assistance commitments, including the commitment of several developed countries to reach the 0.7 percent ODA \/ GNP target for developing countries, and between 0.15 and 0, 20 percent of ODA \/ GNP, for the least developed countries; ODA providers are encouraged to consider setting a target of at least 0.20 percent of ODA \/ GNP for the least developed countries.<\/p>\n

17.3<\/span>. Mobilize additional financial resources for developing countries. from multiple sources.<\/p>\n

17.4<\/span>. Supporting developing countries in achieving long-term debt sustainability through coordinated policies aimed at stimulating debt financing, debt reduction and debt restructuring, as appropriate, and addressing the external debt of heavily indebted poor countries to reduce the debt burden .<\/p>\n

17.5<\/span>. Adopt and implement investment promotion schemes for the least developed countries.<\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

17.6<\/span>. Strengthen North-South, South-South and Triangular regional and international cooperation on access to science, technology and innovation and improve the exchange of knowledge under mutually agreed conditions, including through better coordination between existing mechanisms, in particular at The United Nations, and through a global technology facilitation mechanism.<\/p>\n

17.7<\/span>. Promote the development, transfer, dissemination and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies to developing countries on favorable terms, including on concessional and preferential terms, on mutually agreed terms.<\/p>\n

17.10<\/span>. Promoting a universal, rules-based, open, non-discriminatory and equitable multilateral trading system within the World Trade Organization, including by concluding negotiations on the Doha Development Agenda.<\/p>\n

17.11<\/span>. Significant increase in exports from developing countries, in particular with a view to doubling the share of global exports for the least developed countries by 2020.<\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

17.12<\/span>. Timely implementation of duty-free and duty-free market access on a sustainable basis for all least developed countries, in line with World Trade Organization decisions, including by ensuring that preferential rules of origin applicable to imports from the least developed countries developed are transparent and simple, and help to facilitate market access.<\/p>\n

Enhancing the global partnership for sustainable development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, technology and financial resources to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals in all countries, especially developing countries.<\/p>\n

17.17<\/span>. Encourage and promote effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships based on the partnerships' experience and resource strategies.<\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

17.18<\/span>. Significant increase in exports from developing countries, in particular with a view to doubling the share of global exports for the least developed countries by 2020.<\/p>\n

17.19<\/span>. By 2030, develop, on the basis of existing initiatives, measures of progress on sustainable development that complement gross domestic product and provide support for the development of statistical capacity in developing countries.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
