Ensuring a healthy life and promoting the well-being of all, at any age<\/h2>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/h2>\n

Improving access to quality healthcare is essential for the proper functioning of a sustainable society. Healthcare must be modern and humanistic in nature. Of course, an adequate environment for healthy living and the promotion of the well-being of all, at any age, must be ensured. In addition, the approach to the field needs to be strengthened through prevention.<\/p>\n

At the same time, it is necessary to promote a healthy lifestyle, including combating negative habits (eg smoking), encouraging a proactive lifestyle and promoting social activities. The approach to health and well-being must also include addressing mental illness, which is often neglected or stigmatized.<\/p>\n

3.1<\/span>\u00a0By 2030, reduce the overall maternal mortality rate to less than 70 cases per 100,000 live births.<\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2<\/span>\u00a0By 2030, the elimination of preventable deaths among newborns and children up to 5 years of age, with all countries aiming to reduce neonatal mortality to a maximum of 12 deaths per 1,000 live births and children up to 5 years of age at no more than 25 deaths per 1,000 live births.<\/p>\n

3.3<\/span>\u00a0By 2030, eliminate the epidemics of AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria and neglected tropical diseases, as well as fight hepatitis, water-borne diseases and other communicable diseases.<\/p>\n

3.4<\/span>\u00a0By 2030, reduce by one third the premature mortality caused by noncommunicable diseases by preventing, treating and promoting mental health and well-being.<\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

3.5<\/span>\u00a0Strengthen the prevention and treatment of substance abuse, including drug and narcotics abuse and excessive alcohol consumption.<\/p>\n

3.6<\/span>\u00a0By 2030, halve the overall number of deaths and injuries caused by road accidents.<\/p>\n

\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n

3.7<\/span>\u00a0By 2030, ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health services, including family planning, information and education, and the integration of reproductive health into national strategies and programs.<\/p>\n

3.8<\/span>\u00a0Achieving universal health coverage, including the protection of financial risks, access to quality essential health services and access to basic medicines.<\/p>\n
